In this newly created role, Neville will lead the company’s continued expansion in the healthcare sector, providing strategic direction and managing a team of sales resources.

Neville joins UL PureSafety from IMC HealthCare, where he served as senior VP of operations, overseeing strategic planning, technology, and human resources for the company’s 25 clinics nationwide. In this position, he worked closely with UL PureSafety to implement its Occupational Health Manager software in IMC clinics across the U.S. Prior to IMC HealthCare, Neville was vice president of Take Care Health Systems, where he focused on business partnerships and development. Before Take Care, he held several leadership positions, including enterprise consultant for Towers Perrin, working with Chrysler, Ford and Borg Warner; principal at Hewitt Associates; vice president and chief operating officer at Value Health, Inc.; and assistant vice president at CIGNA Healthcare.
Neville received a BS in Health Services Administration and MHSA in Health Care Management from Florida International University in Miami. He will be based at UL PureSafety’s Franklin, Tenn., headquarters.
