Associa Companies SCS and CMC Announce Executive Changes

CHANTILLY, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Select Community Services (SCS), a subsidiary company of Community Management Corporation (CMC), an Associa company, announces Mark Bailey, MBA, CMCA, AMS, as Senior Vice President for SCS, while Craig Magargel has been promoted to HOA Division Director at CMC.

Bailey joined CMC in 2009 as general manager of one of CMC’s largest and most prestigious clients. In 2011, he was promoted to division director where he guided and supported professional managers and support staff. Prior to Bailey’s involvement with CMC, he led highly successful teams of hospitality and healthcare professionals, serving as the general manager of several hotels, the corporate manager of internal communications, and as executive director for large-scale, residential-care retirement communities.

Magargel will help manage and oversee the HOA Division at CMC. He began his career at CMC in 2005 as a general manager for a developing community and worked with one of the nation’s most prominent developers. Two years later, he was promoted to serve as the general manager for CMC’s largest Active Adult client. Prior to joining, Magargel worked in telecommunications and medical services.
