SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Heckmann Corporation (NYSE: HEK) today announced that on November 9, 2012 it will report financial results for its 2012 third quarter ended September 30, 2012. Following its Special Meeting of Stockholders, which will be held that day at 11:00 a.m. ET (8:00 a.m. PT), management will conduct a conference call at 1:00 p.m. ET (10:00 a.m. PT) to discuss the third quarter financial results, the results of its Special Meeting of Stockholders being held to approve the issuance of Heckmann common shares in connection with the Power Fuels merger and to provide commentary on operations.
