SMC Networks Names Gary J. Brust General Manager, Latin America

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SMC Networks announced today that Gary J. Brust has been named General Manager of Latin America. Mr. Brust will report to Joe Wytanis, EVP/COO of SMC Networks.

Mr Brust has held domestic and international sales and business development leadership positions at companies including Cisco, Scientific-Atlanta, Terayon and ADC Telecommunications. While at ADC, Gary built and led a Latin American based team that drove revenue from nothing to over $50MM within 30 months. At Terayon in North America he led an initial wave of CPE upgrade to DOCSIS 2.0.
