Daley joins representatives from 12 independent firms and 12 national companies who serve on ASA’s board of directors.
As president of Volt Workforce Solutions, Daley is responsible for Volt's global talent acquisition operations, serving a broad array of industries with contingent employees, professional search services, managed solutions and recruitment process outsourcing. During three decades at Volt, starting in 1980, Daley has been instrumental in driving the company's growth to make it one of the world's largest staffing companies. In 2001, he was named an executive officer of Volt. A member of the ASA board since 2002, Daley served on the association's membership committee from 2001 to 2004 and as vice chairman of the Staffing PAC committee from 2005 to 2008.
