“We are very proud to be recognized in Business Insurance magazine’s list of Best Places to Work for 2012. This announcement serves to reaffirm what our more than 200 employees already know- ASI is a great place to work,” said Joseph D. Scollo, Jr., President of ASI’s U.S. insurance operations. “The character and success of our organization as a whole rests squarely on the quality of our employees. To that end, we strive to provide our employees with exceptional benefits, and opportunities for professional development while stressing community involvement and recognizing employee accomplishments.”
The final list was developed by The Best Companies Group, an independent research firm, from a two part process based on a qualitative assessment of employment practices and an extensive anonymous employee survey. To earn a place on the list, a company has to create an environment in which employees can thrive and enjoy doing so.
The list of Best Places to Work was released September 4, 2012 on www.businessinsurance.com, with the final rankings to be published in October.
