The HUD CPD Office seeks to develop viable communities by promoting integrated approaches that provide decent housing, a suitable living environment, and expand economic opportunities for low and moderate income persons. CPD administers programs with over $7 billion in community development and assistance grants annually. CACI is providing software development and general IT support to maintain, enhance, and increase the efficiency of CPD’s grant management systems.
