Giantomasi, Nietzel to Co-Chair 75th Annual Greater Newark Holiday Fund

NEWARK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Francis J. Giantomasi, Partner in the law firm Genova Burns Giantomasi & Webster (www.genovaburns.com), and John Nietzel, Senior Vice President, Business Banking for Investors Bank (www.myinvestorsbank.com), were announced as Co-Chairs of the 2012 Greater Newark Holiday Fund (GNHF; www.holidayfund.org) at a kickoff event last evening. This is the Fund’s 75^th anniversary year.

Mr. Nietzel said, “The generous people and organizations of our community have a long tradition of donating to the Fund to help the less fortunate during this important time of the year. Frank and I are confident that the 2012 campaign will be the Fund’s best yet.”

GNHF raises money during the winter holidays to help local social service agencies assist people in Essex, Union, Passaic, Hudson, Morris, and Bergen counties. Donations to the Fund help these agencies address the needs of abused and neglected children, the homeless, people in poverty, and the elderly.

Frank Giantomasi is a member of his firm’s Commercial Real Estate Redevelopment and Environmental Law Practice Group; he has over three decades of experience specializing in real estate acquisitions, sales and development and complex commercial transactions and Chancery litigation. He is recognized as a leader in planning and zoning law as well as tax abatement law involving the City of Newark.

At Investors Bank John Nietzel leads a team of bankers responsible for managing the relationships of commercial clients, real estate developers, government entities, and not-for-profits throughout New Jersey and New York. John's team is also charged with growing the portfolio through developing new relationships.
