HARTFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Hartford’s board of directors today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock, payable on Jan. 2, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 3, 2012.

The board also declared a dividend of $18.125 on each share of the Series F preferred stock (equivalent to $0.4531 per depository share) payable on Jan. 2, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 17, 2012.
