Medica Names John Naylor to Position of Senior Vice President, Commercial Markets

MINNETONKA, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Medica today named John Naylor senior vice president, commercial markets. The move is effective Nov. 19. Naylor joined Medica in April 2010 as vice president and general manager of commercial sales.

Naylor replaces Simeon Schindelman, who has taken the position of chief executive officer of Bloom Health.

Prior to joining Medica, Naylor was the market leader for the Minneapolis office of Towers Watson (formerly Towers Perrin) for 21 years. In addition, Naylor was directly accountable for the US Central Region and served on the Global Operations Council for Towers Perrin’s HR consulting business.

A graduate of Drake University in Des Moines, Naylor has degrees in actuarial science and accounting.
