CSI’s new lighter weight, higher performing Xtra-Lok mini S two-piece/lined 28mm CSD closure will also be featured. For still bottled water, CSI’s Aqua-Lok mini LW 26mm closure and short-height Sports-Lok closures will be on display. CSI will also highlight a variety of one-piece and two-piece lightweight solutions for non-carbonated beverages, such as juices and sport drinks, which deliver superior sealing and venting performance, providing the ultimate in performance, sustainability, and consumer safety.
At the Pack Expo 2012 show in Chicago, October 28-31, CSI will be showing closures as well as its’ new Intelli-Torq Servo capping machine and ES24 Elevator Sorter in McCormick South Hall, Booth S-1566. The CSI Intelli-Torq provides computer-controlled capping with continuous monitoring of application torques and angles. This new generation capping machine sets the standard for plastic closure application quality control, guaranteeing safer and more efficient production. To round out CSI’s equipment display, the ES24 Elevator Sorter, with sorting speeds over 2500 per minute, will also be featured. This energy-efficient sorter minimizes the need for compressed air, which reduces overall energy consumption.
