Anderson, executive vice president, will present “Analyzing Fixed Versus Variable Real Estate: The Economic Impact of Shifting to a Variable Workspace Model” at IFMA’s World Workplace 2012, to be held Oct. 31-Nov. 2 in San Antonio, Texas.

There will also be a discussion of the pressures companies are facing to expand headcount without increasing real estate costs; strategies for reconfiguring space to accommodate the modern worker; the expected growth of telework programs; and what the future will hold for office space. The session will end with a Q&A period.
