MILWAUKEE--()--The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel today published an exclusive interview with Oak Creek Police Lt. Brian Murphy, who was shot 12 times in the Sikh temple shooting on Aug. 5. Bill Glauber’s front-page story was the first interview granted by Murphy, who will also be interviewed by CBS Evening News, scheduled to air tonight. The Journal Sentinel’s Mark Johnson interviews Froedtert Hospital’s lead trauma surgeon Travis Webb, who was in charge of Murphy's initial 12-hour surgery, in an accompanying story.
“The Journal Sentinel has been at the forefront of providing extensive and detailed coverage of this shooting and that continues with these gripping stories detailing exactly what happened that day.”
