TransactRx Appoints Mr. David Rowley to Board of Directors

CORAL GABLES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TransactRx, the nation’s leading provider of vaccine billing and reimbursement solutions, today announced that it has appointed Mr. David Rowley to its Board of Directors. Mr. Rowley will replace Mr. Tosh Pruno who recently acquired a new venture that has required his full attention.

Mr. Rowley is Managing Director and Partner at Chestnut Hill Partners, an award winning merchant bank facilitating and investing in leveraged buyouts of middle market companies. Prior to Chestnut Hill Partners, Mr. Rowley was the Co-Founder and Partner of Axialmarket, a venture capital backed online marketplace in partnership with a one billion dollar global financial services firm.

Prior to Axialmarket, Mr. Rowley was a Vice President at SRS Capital, a New York-based merchant bank focused on health care services and life sciences. While with SRSCapital, Mr. Rowley originated and arranged more than $500 million dollars of equity and debt financing on a broad range of middle market transactions. Mr. Rowley has been published in Mergers & Acquisitions magazine, moderated private equity panel discussions at major industry conferences and currently serves on the boards of DreamTiger Equities and BIDaWIZ.com.
