BIEL, Switzerland & MILPITAS, Calif.--()--IXYS Corporation (NASDAQ: IXYS) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.03 per share. The quarterly dividend will be paid on December 18, 2012 to stockholders of record on November 27, 2012.
