Leading Data Security Vendor Opening Seoul Office and Appoints IT Industry Veteran to Drive S. Korean Operations

The company also appointed Moon Hyung Lee to be Country Manager for Vormetric’s expansion in South Korea.

As South Korea implements the South Korean Personal Information Protection Act, organizations are being forced to reevaluate and bolster their protection strategies especially around encryption to secure sensitive data.

Lee has 19 years of IT industry experience. Prior to joining Vormetric, Lee worked for global IT leaders including VMWare, BEA Systems and Oracle in channel, alliance management and sales roles.
