Online Speech Therapy Provider Wins Global IT Award

MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Currently in North America, high demand for speech therapy services combined with a short supply of speech therapy professionals has strained resources to service all students equitably. An estimated 300,000 children in North America currently have no access to much-needed speech therapy services due to geographic, social and economic conditions. At their recent biennial conference in Montreal, the World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA) echoed these concerns by recognizing TinyEYE for Private Sector Excellence. For this prestigious global award, WITSA evaluated nominees based on global impact, market penetration and innovation. TinyEYE was selected because of their achievements in using information and communications technology to benefit societies, governments, individuals and educational institutions.
