The Graystone Company (GYST) Provides Corporate Update

LIMA, Peru--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Graystone Company (OTCQB: GYST), announced today that its CEO Paul Howarth is currently traveling to Lima, Peru and does not expect to return until after Thanksgiving. Mr. Howarth expects to travel to the mining sites within the next 7 to 10 days. The Company had hoped to provide shareholders the opportunity to travel with Mr. Howarth to Peru later this month. However, Mr. Howarth was required to travel sooner than expected and on short notice. The Company hopes that shareholders will be able to travel with Mr. Howarth on his next trip.

The Company will provide an update on its operations in Peru once Mr. Howarth returns.
