LONDON--()--Houlihan Lokey, the international investment bank, announced today that Sascha Kroissenbrunner has joined its London office as a Director in the Industrials Group. He is responsible for further strengthening and developing the firm’s corporate finance advisory business across the industrials sector in Europe. Mr. Kroissenbrunner was previously at UniCredit Group in Vienna, where he was a managing director and head of the general industrials group for central and eastern Europe, focusing on origination and execution of cross-border M&A mandates across a range of sectors, including basic materials, manufacturing and transportation.

Prior to joining UniCredit Group, Mr. Kroissenbrunner was a director in the global industrials group within the sector corporate finance division of Royal Bank of Scotland in London. In this role, he was responsible for originating and executing M&A and ECM mandates across a wide range of geographies, with a specific focus on the building materials sector. He started his career at Royal Bank of Scotland’s global banking and markets division in Frankfurt.
Mr. Kroissenbrunner holds a Master of Laws from Karl-Franzens University, Graz, Austria.
