Leading Executive Search and Assessment Firm Makes Strategic Move to Address Global Demand for Talent and Increased Multinational Presence in Korea

SEOUL, South Korea--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Responding to an increased need for senior executive talent in the Korean market, global executive search and assessment firm Russell Reynolds Associates today announced the opening of the firm’s Seoul office, in the Mirae Asset Center in Jung-gu. It is Russell Reynolds Associates’ first office in Korea and the firm’s 41^st office across the globe.

The Seoul office will be led by Inhye Kim, who specializes in pan-Asian recruiting assignments for major global corporations. “Our new Seoul office will allow us to more deeply partner with Korean companies and with the multinational firms with operations here, so that we can provide both with the experienced, global leaders they need,” said Ms. Kim.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Ms. Kim spent nine years with two other leading executive search and assessment firms, most recently as a partner managing her firm's Korean operations and conducting technology searches from its Singapore office. Ms. Kim holds an undergraduate degree from Yonsei University in Seoul, an M.B.A. from Harvard University and an M.S. in information systems management from Boston University.

Located in the historic city center that is home to the Korean headquarters of a wide range of multinational corporations, the Seoul office will service clients across several key sectors, including industrial, financial services, healthcare, consumer and technology.
