MANKATO, Minn.--()--Enventis, a subsidiary of HickoryTech (NASDAQ: HTCO), announced today it has secured a 10-year contract to continue to provide the West Fargo School District in North Dakota with Wide Area Network services to connect schools within the district.
“It’s been an extremely good relationship we’ve had with IdeaOne and now Enventis”
The contract with a value more than $1 million is effective July 1, 2013 and includes 15 facilities, including the new Liberty Middle School which will be in operation for the 2013-14 school year. As the district looks to add additional schools in the future, the contract will be amended to include connectivity to those facilities.
The company has been providing network services for the West Fargo School District for the past 12 years.
“It’s been an extremely good relationship we’ve had with IdeaOne and now Enventis,” said Rob Kaspari, technology director of West Fargo School District. “The company is extremely responsive. They always let us know about upcoming service windows and when I call, I always get someone on the phone.”
“We are proud to continue the long standing relationship with West Fargo Public Schools in supplying their communications services and providing the district with quality service,” said Marty Mohagen, sales manager at Enventis.
HickoryTech acquired IdeaOne Telecom in March 2012 and rebranded IdeaOne as Enventis, the company’s leading business brand.
