PARIS--()--SFL (Paris:FLY) today signed a lease with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) on an additional 2,300 square metres of office space at 103 rue de Grenelle in the seventh arrondissement of Paris.
Already a tenant since January 2011, ESMA now occupies 5,400 square metres of space in this prime office property owned by SFL.
This transaction follows leases signed earlier in the year by GE Power Conversion (2,900 sq.m) and FRG (670 sq.m), bringing the occupancy rate at 103 rue de Grenelle to 96%.
With an exceptional portfolio of properties valued at €3.4 billion including transfer costs, essentially located in the Paris Central Business District, SFL is a preferred vehicle for investors wishing to invest in the Paris office and retail property market.
