The first event, which aired in October, drew more than 1,500 registrations.

Having joined Newton Medical Center’s nursing leadership team in 2003, Ms. Bigos held director-level positions in Quality Resources, Medical-Surgical Services and Acute Care Operations prior to being named CNO. A member of the Nursing Advisory Board, Medical-Surgical Nursing Board, National Association for Healthcare Quality, American College of Healthcare Executives and the Organization of Nurse Executives, she is also a clinical liaison to the Board of Directors of Karen A. Quinlan Hospice in Sussex County, N.J. Ms. Bigos earned a BSN at Trenton State College and MSN at University of Phoenix.
