CHICO, Calif.--()--The Board of Directors of Golden Valley Bank (OTCBB: GVYB), headquartered in Chico, California has declared a special cash dividend of $0.10 per common share for stockholders of record as of December 8, 2012. The payment date will be approximately December 18, 2012.

Earlier this year the Bank announced a Stock Repurchase Plan. To date 45,822 shares have been repurchased, about 2.2% of the Bank’s outstanding shares.
