Dorsey Adds Experienced Corporate, Fund Formation Partner To New York Office

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that John Kaufmann has joined the Corporate Group in the Firm’s New York office as a Partner. Mr. Kaufmann’s practice focuses on private equity, mezzanine and venture capital fund formation and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. His clients include domestic and off-shore private equity and venture capital funds, real estate funds, Small Business Investment Companies, private investors, and companies in a variety of industries.

Mr. Kaufmann was previously a partner with K&L Gates. He received an A.B. degree from Princeton University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
