Jeff Schulz, Tom Jacobs join Brown and Caldwell

National environmental engineering firm expands program management practice

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Brown and Caldwell, a leading nationwide environmental engineering consulting firm, today announced that Jeff Schulz, P.E., and Tom Jacobs, P.E., have joined the firm’s program management services team. These appointments are part of Brown and Caldwell’s plan to accelerate growth and build on the firm’s success in the program management market.

Jeff joins BC as a Vice President to lead the company’s program management strategic initiative. Prior to joining BC, Jeff led SAIC’s Water and Waste Resources division. He brings more than 25 years of experience in engineering, planning and capital project implementation. He holds a bachelor’s of science degree in civil engineering from Montana State University.

Tom rejoins BC as a Vice President and has 37 years of experience in capital program management, including capital projects administration, regulatory negotiations and conceptual planning and budgeting for major water/wastewater infrastructure programs, some as large as $2.3 billion. He holds a bachelor’s of science degree in civil and environmental engineering from Utah State University and a master’s of business administration from the University of Utah.
