Philippe Jossé Joins Kaufman & Broad as Deputy General Manager

PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Acting on the proposal of Mr. Guy Nafilyan, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (Président Directeur Général), and on the recommendation of the Compensation and Nomination Committee, the board of directors of Kaufman & Broad (Paris:KOF) held today decided to appoint Mr. Philippe Jossé as Deputy General Manager (Directeur Général Délégué) as from February 1^st, 2013.

Philippe Jossé, 57 years old, graduated from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and from Institut des Hautes Etudes de Droit Rural et d’Economie Agricole. He joined Bouygues Group in 1979, where he successively held the following positions : Head of Real Estate Projects; Head of a real estate agency, Regional Manager, Managing director of the Spanish subsidiary, European Managing Director and General Manager of the French housing business of Bouygues Immobilier.
