Flynn will practice in the firm’s Los Angeles office, representing clients in the areas of business and commercial litigation with an emphasis in financial services and intellectual property disputes, including class action claims.
Flynn’s intellectual property practice is focused in the creative arena, including automotive, digital art, film, fashion, and music. In the financial services sector, he focuses on disputes regarding partnership and shareholder matters, credit/debt and corporate financing issues. Prior to his private practice, Flynn served for two years as a Research Attorney in the Complex Litigation Division of Los Angeles County Superior Court. In addition to his legal degree, he holds an MBA in Information Technology from Pepperdine University and a BA in Business Administration-Entertainment from the University of the Pacific. Flynn is admitted to practice before all California state and federal courts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
