Dorsey Adds Experienced Lending Lawyer to New York Office

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Stephen Di Cioccio has joined the Finance and Restructuring practice in the Firm’s New York office as Special Counsel. Mr. Di Cioccio's practice focuses on assisting clients with a wide range of transactions, including: conventional and structured debt financings; letters of credit; corporate restructurings; asset purchases and dispositions; and joint ventures. His clients include financial institutions and business organizations in diverse industries, including finance, health care and education.
