Pinnacle Acquires Leading IT Solution Provider in Minnesota

EDMOND, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pinnacle Business Systems, a privately owned leading technology solution provider and systems integrator, today announced the acquisition of St. Croix Solutions, based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The acquisition furthers the strategic expansion of Pinnacle’s coverage and expertise in providing advanced technology solutions.

Backed by 25 years of experience, with a team of more than 70 employees, Pinnacle provides IT solutions to companies across the Central and Southern U.S. This is the second acquisition for Pinnacle Business Systems following its 2004 purchase of The Kalos Group.
