Papa is no stranger to the concept of integrating and analyzing massive amounts of data to drive commercial efficiencies and novel insights. Papa founded Endeca in 1999 with an innovative technology designed to solve long-standing business problems stemming from information overload. He led Endeca to become one of the fastest-growing software companies in the world, with five consecutive years of more than 100% revenue growth, leading to the eventual acquisition by Oracle in October of 2011.
