The Residences at Kapalua Bay Names Timbers Resorts as New Manager and Operator

Timbers Resorts to Manage, Operate and Reposition the Former Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences at Kapalua Bay as Maui’s Premier Luxury, Boutique Resort called The Residences at Kapalua Bay

KAPALUA BAY, Hawaii--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Owners of The Residences at Kapalua Bay announced today that, effective January 1, 2013, Timbers Resorts will replace the Ritz-Carlton Management Company as manager and operator of the 146-unit luxury residential and fractional membership property. Timbers Resorts, based in Carbondale, Colorado is one of the largest independent developers and operators of private boutique resorts and residence clubs and will manage all hospitality operations at the property.
