Protection 1 Attains Vintage Security in their Largest Acquisition to Date

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Protection 1, the largest full service provider of business and home security in the U.S., today announced the acquisition of Washington, D.C.-based Vintage Security. The new addition is the largest acquisition in Protection 1’s history.

Vintage Security serves the Washington D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia areas with over 15,000 customers. They are the leading provider in the area for residential and commercial security and networking industries. Vintage also serves the custom home builder market with high-end home security and entertainment systems.
