New All American Assisted Living Community in Hanson, MA Features New Model for Senior Living

JERICHO, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--All American Assisted Living, LLC, an affiliate of Kaplan Development Group - has announced the groundbreaking of a new, 96 bed assisted living community in Hanson, Massachusetts. All American Assisted Living at Hanson is located at the intersection of West Washington Street in Hanson and Franklin Street in East Bridgewater. All American Assisted Living is developing the property as part of a joint venture with AEW Capital Management. AEW is developing the property on behalf of AEW Senior Housing Investors II, L.P.
