SolomonEdwards’ Bolsters Banking & Financial Services Practice with New Hire in Dallas

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SolomonEdwardsGroup, LLC (SolomonEdwards), a national business advisory and professional staffing firm, is pleased to announce that Jeff Wise has joined its Dallas team as Director within the Banking & Financial Services Practice.

Jeff brings more than 20 years of financial services and risk management experience to the SolomonEdwards advisory services team. Clients in commercial banking, mortgage banking, capital markets and mortgage servicing operations will benefit from this new hire. As a Director with SolomonEdwards, Jeff will be responsible for acting as a risk management subject matter expert on key engagements within mortgage banking and commercial banking, as well as supporting the development of the mortgage services practice in the Dallas / Fort Worth market.

Prior to joining SolomonEdwards, Jeff managed an operational risk management team covering default servicing at a multinational banking institution. His team was actively engaged with federal and regulatory compliance including Consent Order requirements. Jeff has also held senior positions managing credit risk groups and practices at some of the nation’s largest institutions. He started his career as a bank regulator with the OCC focused on safety and soundness and consumer compliance examinations. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Radford University and his MBA with a finance concentration from Virginia Tech.
