Mr. Casey’s new role is Vice President – Western Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Casey joins Impac with 24 years of experience in divisional and regional mortgage sales with a focus in customer service, account management, and territory development. Before joining Impac, Mr. Casey was Vice President Divisional Sales at PHH Mortgage. For Impac Mortgage, Mr. Casey will focus on managing the Western Region for the Correspondent Lending Division Sales Team. Mr. Dismore’s new role is Vice President – Central Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Dismore joins Impac with 20 years of experience in Correspondent Lending and Fraud Solution Management with a focus in customer service, account management, portfolio review and analysis, and territory development. Before joining Impac, Mr. Dismore was Vice President Sales at Aurora Loan Services. For Impac Mortgage, Mr. Dismore will focus on managing the Central Region for the Correspondent Lending Division Sales Team.
Impac Mortgage’s Correspondent Lending team will be on-site at the Texas MBA’s Southern Secondary Market Conference in The Woodlands, Texas, from February 12-14, 2013, meeting with new and existing clients focusing on ways to help lenders build their retail business while also providing a strong execution outlet in the secondary market.
Impac’s strategy for building out a correspondent platform concentrates on community and regional banks, credit unions and smaller select mortgage banking firms as its primary clients. The Correspondent unit strives to provide best-in-class customer service and it purchases quality loans prudently underwritten from institutional partners who share similar core values and business practices.
