CHEVY CHASE, Md. & FREMONT, Calif.--()--JackBe®, the leading provider of Real-Time Intelligence software, today announced its Presto Real-Time Intelligence Platform has been awarded the Certificate of Networthiness (CoN) by the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). This accreditation certifies that JackBe meets the U.S. Army’s stringent requirements for security, compatibility, supportability, governance and sustainability.
“We are proud of our work within the Federal Government, and this accreditation provides further evidence of the exceptional security and compliance standards built into Presto”
The CoN is required of all organizations fielding, using, or managing information systems on the Army Enterprise Architecture or LandWarNet. The Networthiness Certification Program manages the specific risks and impacts associated with the fielding of information systems and supporting efforts. The program also sustains the health of the Army Enterprise Infrastructure.
“We are proud of our work within the Federal Government, and this accreditation provides further evidence of the exceptional security and compliance standards built into Presto,” said John Crupi, CTO of JackBe. “As a valuable technology solution to the U.S. Army, we are delighted that other military departments who accept the Army CoN will now leverage our platform.”
In addition to the U.S. Army, JackBe Presto offers innovative ways for an array of government agencies, such as the Defense Intelligence Agency, Defense Information Systems Agency and NASA, to access and distribute information without the costs and complexities of traditional integration. JackBe Presto gives analysts access to live, secure information from authoritative sources through a technology solution that meets the strictest security requirements, granting comprehensive and cohesive situational awareness.
JackBe Presto has also been certified to run as an enterprise mashup platform for the U.S. intelligence community. The Department of Defense Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) has granted the Presto Enterprise Mashup Platform an Authority to Operate at Protection Level 3 / Community of Interest 4 (PL3/COI4). The accreditations permit the use of Presto by all agencies and departments that process intelligence information under the Director of Central Intelligence Directive (DCID) 6/3.
