DeriveXperts Is Opening an Office in London and Expanding Its Valuation Platform for OTC Products

PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DeriveXperts, the high-performance valuation specialist, is pleased to announce the opening of its London office, so marking the start of a new era in the expansion of DeriveXperts. The main aim is to support the rollout of the company’s valuation platform for OTC products.

This comes ahead of the application of the EMIR (European Market Infrastructure Regulation), which aims to improve transparency and risk management on the over-the-counter derivatives market, and (on 22^nd July 2013) the application of the AIFM directive (Alternative Investment Fund Managers), which aims to regulate the managers of non-UCITS funds.

The London office will be run from Paris by Francis Cornut and will have a team of six when it opens in January, with the aim of hiring new staff quickly.
