Erik has kept his focus on customer experience throughout his career in the homebuilding industry. Some of his former positions include corporate vice president of Strategic Operations and vice president of Customer Relations for Pulte Homes Group; senior vice president of International Investor and Client Relations at DAMAC Holding Group; and senior vice president of marketing and business development at New Home Star, a real estate sales and marketing company based in Chicago.
