Bowen previously served as Executive Director of The Chicago Committee, Mayor Rahm Emanuel's political action committee, and deputy campaign manager for his 2011 successful bid to become Chicago’s first new mayor in 22-years. Bowen will bolster the firm’s strategic communications and public affairs practice lending his expertise to clients on issue advocacy management, coalition development and grassroots campaign execution.
