DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TriZetto Corporation today announced that a highly specialized Medicaid care coordination plan in Washington, D.C., has selected integrated technology and services solutions from TriZetto to enhance the delivery of benefits and care to its members and support the plan’s intended expansion into new markets.

Health Services for Children With Special Needs, Inc. (HSCSN), serves 5,400 children and youth in the District of Columbia. Its members have a range of life challenges including high-need social determinants of health, mental health disorders, developmental disabilities such as autism, and severe medical conditions such as cerebral palsy and cystic fibrosis.
