Both webinars will cover the findings of the recent PWS/Cejka Search organizational culture study, which found substantial gaps between physicians’ satisfaction and experience with 14 key cultural attributes in their healthcare organizations, and the companion study of hospital administrators, which found they consistently feel their organizations perform better with regard to cultural attributes than physicians think the organizations perform.
