Hudson Holdco Issues Statement on Raritan Bay Medical Center

HOBOKEN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A report released yesterday by NJBIZ inaccurately stated that Hudson Holdco is one of three remaining bidders for Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy and Old Bridge. Hudson Holdco had indeed shown interest in acquiring the two-hospital system last year, but was informed by a representative on behalf of Raritan Bay that Holdco would not be invited to participate in the bid process. While we would have liked to have been allowed to participate, we wish Raritan Bay success as it moves forward in the bid process and regulatory process with the permitted bidders.
