ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of The AES Corporation (NYSE:AES) declared a quarterly common stock dividend of 4 cents per share payable February 15, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 1, 2013.
