OMAHA, Neb.--()--TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation (NYSE: AMTD) today announced that it will hold its annual meeting of stockholders on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. CT and will take place at the Hilton Omaha, located at 1001 Cass Street in Omaha, Neb.
The Company will also broadcast the meeting online via a virtual stockholders meeting, which will provide stockholders of record as of Dec. 17, 2012 with an opportunity to both vote and ask questions of the Company’s management team and board of directors online and in real time. Stockholders may access the virtual meeting through the Events and Presentations page of the Company’s corporate web site, www.amtd.com, or directly via www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/amtd2013. The virtual meeting portal includes a forum that allows stockholders of record to submit questions in advance, to be addressed during the meeting.
