G&A Partners Acquires Houston-Based PEO ProSource

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--G&A Partners, a Texas-based HR Outsourcer and Professional Employer Organization (PEO), announced today that it has acquired ProSource Management Solutions, another Houston-based PEO. By combining the talent and resources of these two companies, G&A will become one of the largest privately-held PEOs in Texas with more than 600 clients and over 16,000 worksite employees in 26 states and Latin America.

Traylor will join G&A Partners’ executive team and will focus on helping manage client relationships and oversee general operations. G&A plans to retain ProSource’s other 32 employees as well. Most will be working in the same, or a similar, capacity at G&A, in some cases servicing the same accounts they had been responsible for at ProSource. Ron Piperi will take on a consulting role with G&A for the next year.
