To earn their PCAM designations, Community Managers Linda Martin, Dave Dombrowski and Fran Kowalski had at least five years direct community association management experience, successfully passed their CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) examination, passed six related courses through CAI and completed an extensive case study, among numerous other items.
“It takes perseverance and hard work to earn the PCAM designation,” said Kramer-Triad President and CEO Jeff Gourlie, who also holds the distinguished designation himself. “We are proud of Linda, Dave and Fran for their dedication to achieving their certifications.”
Martin entered Novi property management in 1996, and joined Kramer-Triad in 2005. As a senior community association manager, she manages portfolios and assists in running the Novi office. She previously managed apartment communities, and now focuses on condominiums and homeowners associations.
Dombrowski is a senior community manager for Kramer-Triad’s Troy location, where he oversees daily operations, as well as management and office staff. He joined the company more than 15 years ago.
Kowalski entered Ann Arbor property management when she joined the company six years ago. As a portfolio manager, she maintains more than 1,300 units, including two high-rise buildings. She has more than 30 years of experience in contract management, manufacturing and accounting.
