ALPHARETTA, Ga.--()--On the heels of becoming one of the few national franchises to add stone care to its list of hard surface cleaning and restoration services, Sir Grout entered into an agreement with one of Atlanta’s leading management consultants that will double its size in four years and increase its presence as it quickly becomes one of the fastest growing hard surface restoration franchises.
“We continue to be the fastest growing grout and tile care franchise listed in Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500® report because we are constantly innovating, adding new services that appeal to today’s busy homeowners, and ensuring our franchisees have the business tools needed to stay competitive”
Brian Fultz, principal owner of consulting firm Peak Innovation LLC, ex-rocket scientist and current managing partner of Orlando’s 1-800-GOT JUNK franchise, signed an agreement to purchase 27 Sir Grout locations in select territories.
“By adding stone cleaning and restoration to our list of services, we continue to appeal to high profile business professionals looking for a lucrative fast-growing franchise opportunity,” said Jeff Gill, co-owner of Sir Grout. “We are unique in that we offer three businesses for the price of one – tile care, wood floor care and now stone cleaning, honing and polishing, all of which are in high demand as homeowners look to maintain or enhance their home’s value.”
Sir Grout, which began franchising five years ago and currently has 28 locations, also recently caught the attention of former Mattel executive Jeff Miller, who is in the process of purchasing three locations.
“We continue to be the fastest growing grout and tile care franchise listed in Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500® report because we are constantly innovating, adding new services that appeal to today’s busy homeowners, and ensuring our franchisees have the business tools needed to stay competitive,” said Tom Lindberg, co-owner of Sir Grout.
Sir Grout began rolling out its stone restoration service in March 2012. All franchises are going through a rigorous training and certification program to learn how to properly clean, hone and polish precious stone surfaces such as granite, marble and limestone.
“After thoroughly researching the business, I learned that Sir Grout provides a full suite of sales and marketing materials, business tools and training programs to ensure franchisee success. The company has great products and highly trained staff, which results in a superior customer satisfaction rate,” said Fultz. “As a consultant and business owner, I am always searching for new opportunities. Combining the above with the ability to offer three complementary home care services in one franchise drives greater revenue and higher profit margins. That sealed the deal for me.”
