Who: Alison Felix is assistant vice president and Denver branch executive with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. She serves as the Bank’s regional economist in the states of Colorado, Wyoming and northern New Mexico. Ms. Felix’s research interests fall primarily in the field of public finance with an emphasis on tax policy. Her current research focuses on local tax incentives and the incidence of state and national corporate taxes.
