Seward joins NAB after leading ACI Worldwide’s merchant retail division where he served as a product line manager, driving ACI’s efforts in achieving substantial customer, revenue and margin growth. During his tenure at ACI, the division successfully executed against a five-year product strategy, exceeding its division objectives and expanding into a global organization. Prior to ACI, Seward held product and market development roles for MasterCard, TSYS Acquiring Solutions, First Data, and Old Kent Bank and Trust.
